Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. 

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. 

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. 

 

Delivery 

Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually delivers within 2-3 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside of our control. 

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over £50 qualify for free UK shipping.

 

Incorrect Addresses 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. PR!N cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels 

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at wearprin@gmail.com and we'll be happy to resolve the issue with Royal Mail.
